In the occupied Palestinian territories, ophthalmic specialists are in extremely short supply. That’s why we are proud to have built a committed, long-standing team – many of whom have been with us for decades. With your support, we aim to retain and empower them for decades to come by providing job security, competitive salaries, and continued professional development.

Our staff come from the communities we serve. From doctors and nurses to cleaners, security guards, and administrators – every member of our team plays a vital role in delivering sight-saving care.
